Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of your Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Dorian Agent. If you violate it, we may suspend or terminate your access. Because Dorian Agent sends messages on your behalf, following these rules also protects your own compliance and your standing with the messaging platforms.

You may only message people who have given you the consent required by law to be contacted by SMS and/or WhatsApp. You must keep records of that consent and be able to produce them. Do not upload or message purchased, scraped, or rented contact lists.

Do not use the Service to send, request, or promote:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation, or fake identities.
• Malware, or links intended to harm or deceive.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that demeans a protected group.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods, and regulated categories where you are not authorized (for example, illegal gambling, or content restricted by law in the recipient’s location).

The SMS carriers and WhatsApp impose their own restrictions on certain message categories, such as high-risk financial offers, get-rich-quick schemes, and controlled substances. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the channels you use, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and US carrier requirements for A2P messaging. If a provider prohibits a category, you may not send it through the Service.

You must honor opt-out requests promptly. The Service helps by recognizing replies such as “STOP” and halting outreach to that contact, and you must not attempt to bypass, disable, or work around opt-out handling, or continue contacting someone who has asked you to stop.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or bypass its rate limits or credit metering.
• Overload or interfere with the Service or the infrastructure behind it.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or in any way that violates a third-party provider’s terms.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, US A2P 10DLC registration requirements where applicable, the GDPR, the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act, and the telemarketing and data-protection laws of every place you and your contacts are located.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, other users, message recipients, or our providers. Accounts terminated for violating this policy are not eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy.
