Refund Policy

Dorian Agent is offered on a monthly subscription, billed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. This policy explains our approach to refunds and works together with our Terms of Service.

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time; when you cancel, we stop future billing and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or for time you did not use.

Credit packs you purchase are non-refundable once bought. In return, purchased credits never expire and roll over from month to month, and they are only used after your monthly plan allowance runs out. See our Pricing page for how credits work.

You can cancel from the billing section of your dashboard, or by emailing us at hello@dorianagent.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Because plans start affordably and early onboarding is free and hands-on, you can evaluate whether Dorian Agent is right for your business before committing to a paid plan. We would rather you start on the plan that fits than pay for one that does not.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law that applies to you. As merchant of record, Creem will process refunds that are required by applicable law or by card-network rules. If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge, contact us at hello@dorianagent.com and we will make it right.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
